Description
As an E-commerce Creative Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing creative strategies to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role is to produce engaging and persuasive multimedia content that promotes products, enhances brand visibility, and drives online sales. You will work collaboratively with marketing teams, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content for various online platforms. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that align with e-commerce goals, brand identity, and target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform creative decision-making.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of compelling and visually appealing content for product pages, promotional campaigns, and other e-commerce assets - including product images, videos, GIFs, infographics, and other visual assets for online platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all e-commerce channels, maintaining visual standards and messaging coherence.
  • Craft compelling product narratives and stories that resonate with the target audience and highlight key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Generate content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across channels.
  • Implement SEO best practices in content creation to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Watch industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and creative strategy.
  • Optimize content for various e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce creative strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align creative efforts with business objectives.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and user behavior.
  • Skilled in using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other relevant software
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and on-brand messaging.
  • Innovative thinking and a creative mindset to develop unique and engaging content concepts.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
