Strategic Communications Senior Manager- Oklahoma City, OK (On-Site) Essential Job Functions- Provides leadership within the Strat Com division to create award-worthy marketing and communications solutions for PS and its clients, including the development of strategic plans and recommendations for branding, marketing, communications, events, and advertising projects
- Directly manages work and collaborates with other departments and leaders to implement data-driven outreach and marketing campaigns
- Guides the development of project-specific creative strategy and brand development and architecture into completed campaigns and products across a wide variety of media and logistics platforms
- Produces fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling communication assets
- Presents marketing and communications concepts and projects to internal and external audiences
- Meets with stakeholders to understand the specific challenges and opportunities of marketing and communications projects to then effectively articulate and adjust creative vision and concepts, both verbally and visually
- Writes audience-relevant content for a wide range of products targeted to distinct stakeholder groups, ensuring the appropriate tone, style and voice are applied across various clients, projects, audiences, and messages
- Leads conducts, or coordinates research to inform communications, marketing plans, and implementation strategies, making recommendations and evaluating the success of StratCom efforts
- Manages, elevates, and inspires team members, nurturing open collaboration as well as independent thinking
- Fosters teamwork with the creative director and the technology, production, and events teams, as well as other PS staff, to maintain an environment conducive to idea exchange and effective creative solutions
- Continuously learns, evaluates, and implements emerging industry trends to ensure the delivery of relevant and useful products, messages, and branding, sharing innovation with the team as appropriate
- Models efficient work patterns through the development of and loyalty to department processes and systems and the use of honed project management skills
- Contributes to business development and the pursuit of new clients

- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Arts or relevant degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of strategic marketing or communications experience producing and managing creative execution, from conception to fruition, with meticulous attention to detail; 10 years preferred.
- Background in marketing and communications for a range of clients and audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize and maintain a heavy workload in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet all deadlines
- Proven ability to complete projects by established deadlines and delivers high-quality products in the most cost-effective manner
- Must be a team player and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced creative environment
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve problems and/or resolve issues
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Maturity, good judgment, and capability of working with a team of professionals and communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholder groups
