Position: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies for a wide variety of clients. This position is responsible for analyzing and understanding performance metrics and crafting reports for clients. This client-facing position will collaborate with the social team to deliver effective strategies that align with our established client goals. 
Qualifications
Desired Skills: 2+ years of social media management for clients. Positive thinker with ideas to contribute in a team environment. Ability to multi-task and stay organized working with several clients in various industries. A stellar content creator who enjoys making engaging reels and stories. Ability to leverage the social media platform’s tools to produce engaging short-form content. Good presentation skills are desired with an ability to take an authoritative role with clients. Quick and creative thinking is a must. Proficiency in Sprout Social is required.
Preferred Skills
Responsibilities:  
  • Craft content calendars and social strategies for clients. 
  • Schedule all posts through Sprout Social and guarantee the content was posted correctly to the client’s social platform.
  • Work one-on-one with clients to get calendars and posts approved through our client-facing project management system. 
  • Manage day-to-day social media tasks.
  • Work directly with our VP of Operations and creative team ensuring all moving pieces of social media are being executed as expected.
  • Help build the social media department and processes as new opportunities arise. 
  • Ensure all work by the department is accurate with correct information, spelling, and grammar while protecting the client’s brand. 
  • Ensure we are meeting all deadlines.
  • Revisit process and offer suggestions to create efficiencies within the department.
  • Ensure timely engagement with client fans and DMs are being answered or redirected. 
  • Stay educated on new social media trends and present new ideas to the Krush team and/or the client.
  • Strategize innovative social media tactics.  
  • Conceptualize new promotions, giveaways, and enhancements. 
  • Guard the retainer hours for each client. You're responsible for understanding how long different creative elements take and cross reference with allotted hours before ordering from the creative department. If we are over hours, loop in the Account Manager to have a discussion with the client. If we promised something to a client but ran out of time, bring this to the AM’s attention. 
  • Routine check-ins of content performance and insights and understanding if we need to make any adjustments to the social media strategy.
