Full job description Konnect Agency is seeking a passionate Full-Time Junior Graphic Designer to join our team of creative minds. Reporting directly to the agency’s Associate Creative Director, we are looking for someone with strong design skills in both print and the digital space to help ideate and create content based on our Clients’ challenges. • Produce creative for a range of Client’s social channels, digital marketing campaigns, new product launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Design and create on-brand, cohesive and effective creative assets needed to support Clients’ marketing plans.
• Work closely with the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director from start to finish on creative projects and project management
• Continuously inspire and motivate yourself and others on raising the bar on all things creative
• Assist with real time problem solving of design issues
• Work within a project management system to manage tasks and timelines
• Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline
• Keep up to date on the latest design trends

Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year pending experience Work Location:

• Oklahoma City or Tulsa
• Hybrid - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of design experience
• Experience in the latest versions of the Adobe Creative Suite (1 yr required)
• Working knowledge of Photography, Videography, Figma, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and After Effects a plus
• Strong design/layout and critical thinking skills
• Possess an eye for alignment, spacing, color and typography
• Strong photo editing skills
• Attention to visual detail and ability to follow-style guides and brand guidelines
• Works well with tight deadlines in a team environment
• Ability to ideate and execute creative for multiple clients at the same time in the following account categories: food & beverage, lifestyle, health/wellness, children’s products/services.
• Strong communicator with visual, verbal and writing skills
