About AD2OKC

Ad2OKC consists of young communicators working and living in OKC (young, in this case, is defined as ‘ages 18-32’). We are locavores, burgeoning professionals, and passionate volunteers. We get together monthly to network and learn from other industry professionals. Every time we meet, experiences are shared, industry secrets are swapped, job leads are discovered, and metaphorical doors are opened. Simply put, we help careers move forward and support one another.

But it’s not just about the individual – we also help the community through our annual public service campaign, as well as volunteer at local nonprofits. Between our public service campaign and volunteerism, you’ll get plenty of opportunities for skill-sharpening and leadership development.

In addition to creating opportunities for networking, education, leadership development, and community involvement, Ad2 is also an affiliate of the American Advertising Federation – the oldest national trade association.

Ad2OKC & AdClub come together to bring mentorship right to your living room. Network. Ask Questions. Learn. It will be one big palooza!

Whether you’ve lost your job, just graduated or are looking for something new, we want to help you shoot your shot at the next big thing. COVID-19 has impacted all of us in one way or another, so it only makes sense for us to come together to move forward.

This event will allow you to ask questions about interviewing, get a second set of eyes on your portfolio, resume & cover letter plus allow you to network with professionals who may be hiring, all at the comfort of your couch. Most importantly, it will give us a chance to be the imperfect humans we all are, while working to be better together.

Here’s how it works:

  • RSVP here to let us know you’re coming.
  • On the day of the event, we will send you an email with the additional link to join.
  • Once you join the virtual event, we will talk with you about what you’re hoping to get out of the experience and then place you in breakout chats with the most relevant group of pros.
  • From there you’re free to network, discuss, and connect however you want!
  • Bring any materials and questions you may have along with your sense of humor!
