Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and providing videography and producing services to support internal communications, promotions, and other organization-wide needs to help tell Kimray's story. Essential Job Functions:
  • Generates ideas and creates video content to drive stories and shape direction of existing projects, messages, and campaigns
  • Creates schedules, develops scripts, and selects locations for videos
  • Assists with podcasts and video production
  • Directs and films projects
  • Oversees contactors, and coordinates with outside vendors
  • Performs post-production editing
  • Provide training and mentoring to a subordinate group
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member
  • Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Performs other duties as assigned
