We’re on the hunt for someone with a creative background who knows the ins and outs of video production and how to make it run smoothly. Someone who loves organization and logistics just as much as they love camera gear and production equipment. So can you plan video productions like a pro? Do you like managing a crew and coordinating details? Are you a master at bringing order and harmony to video shoots? Do you just basically love all things video? Then you should apply.


  • Help bring ideas to life with video production solutions in collaboration with the creative team
  • Act as an internal video producer on some projects, and coordinate with an external video producer on other projects
    • Coordinate resources and vendors such as freelancers, talent, props, locations, and other accommodations
    • Lead pre-production planning and meetings as the primary production lead for the agency
    • Manage production budgets and document expenses
  • Manage production duties to ensure the creative team is prepped for all shoots:
    • Maintain and organize video and photo equipment
      • Includes keeping an inventory, coordinating usage, and recommending upgrades and purchases
    • Manage all aspects of the production van – from loading and prepping for shoots, to organizing the equipment, to the maintenance of the vehicle
    • Communication lead for crews and equipment when on set
    • Coordinate rentals, as needed
    • Coordinate hiring external crew, as needed
    • Manage the production studio and all equipment and needs for that area
  • Manage production budgets and document expenses on a project level
  • Track and report progress of projects
  • Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency


  • Understanding or hands-on experience in video/film production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Agency and/or film experience is a plus
