Responsibilities
- Work with account and strategy teams on all media plans to understand client goals and objectives
- Develop the media buy strategy according to audience research and media habits
- Negotiate and execute all media buys across traditional and digital media according to the strategic media plans
- Maintain strong relationships with all vendors through professionalism and responsiveness
- Collect, negotiate and present added value for clients
- Provide buy summaries for internal and external purposes
- Collect and provide regular reporting on media results to the account team
- Manage client media budgets and ensure accurate monthly media billing
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and make goods
- Actualize media buys on client flowcharts and project future media spending

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting
- Experience in buying software such as Strata/FreeWheel
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
