About this Event
Hailing from the small town of Noble, Oklahoma, Whitney Tatum currently serves as President of Eventures, a full-service event production firm based in OKC. Since 2011, Tatum has led a team of creative event professionals that have truly changed the perspective of events in our city. Her work with Eventures has opened opportunities to work on events ranging from intimate gatherings for Taiwanese and Saudi Arabian royalty to Governor Stitt’s Inaugural Balls across the state. Prior to her work at Eventures, Tatum served as Communications Director for Children’s Hospital Foundation, where she managed all fundraising events, PR and creative endeavors.
Inspired by creative brand activations that are taking the events industry by storm, Tatum will explore the world of utilizing experiences to create customized marketing opportunities. From over the top Coachella activations to guerilla-inspired street events, we will investigate what top brands are using these tactics, how they are changing the face of marketing, and why agencies should partner with Event Production Firms to execute these experiential events.
